After several years of meetings, phone calls, e-mail messages, passing out
pamphlets and
many discussions, we are please to announce the official
formation of the new Tri-Parish Knights
of Columbus Council. An
organizational meeting was held in the St. George Parish Rainbow Room.
The
election of officers was held and a name was chosen by election. The new
council will now be
known as the Pope John Paul II Council. Our first
official Council Meeting was held on May 25, 2005.
We finally received the
Charter membership certificate from the Supreme Council dated April 27,
2005.
